Charles Jakob is a California attorney who holds an MBA and a Master's degree in economics.  He is an Ivy League graduate who served as a managing editor of a law review and served as a law clerk to a federal district court judge.   His practice focuses on business transactions and business litigation.  Mr. Jakob has litigated in courts across California, but does most of his work in the Sacramento, Central Valley, and San Francisco Bay areas.
